Big Interview uses highly reputable emailing domains to ensure that emails are delivered. However, email delivery can still sometimes fail due to various security systems in between Big Interview and students. In order to ensure email deliverablity, Big Interview monitors and acts on spam scores, blacklisting, IP throttling and more. In addition to whitelisting IPs and domains, please identify any internal limitations you may have with receiving email and surface them to our Support Team.Few readersRating and Reviewing Video
There are two ways to access user videos to rate and review. Users can share the videos with you via email or you can look up the user in the admin area. It's easy to create an Assignment for your users. You must be designated as an administrator (top level or orgadmin) by your organization to create Assignments. From the admin view, click on the Assignments button (in the top nav bar) Click the green button that says "New Assignment" Now you will be prompted to give your assignment a name, description, and due date. Our Custom Criteria tool allows you to create a custom set of grading criteria for your assignments. This tool is available to anyone with admin or orgadmin access. To create a Custom Criteria click on the button in the top nav bar that says Criteria and then select the New Custom Criteria button. Once you create and save your custom criteria you will be able to add them to your assignment as the final step before publishing your assignment. Once a user has completed an assignment, what's next? Go to the "Assignments" tab and lookup the assignment. Click the assignment name, and you'll now see a roster of users you'll need "To Review". The next tab is users you've already "Reviewed". The last tab is user who are in progress of completing assignment. Click on "Review assignment" to begin reviewing.
