Admin Area Overview

There are five main tabs in the Admin Area: Dashboard, Users, Custom sets, and Assignments, Criteria.

ADMIN DASHBOARD

The first tab is the Admin Dashboard, where you can see a snapshot of user activity and growth.

USERS TAB

From the Users tab, you can search for a user, or select a user from the list. You can learn more about reviewing student videos here.

CUSTOM SETS

Create and manage your library of custom mock interview sets and record custom questions here. Please note that time limits and take limits cannot be configured within a set; these settings are applied only when a set is turned into an Assignment.

ASSIGNMENTS

In this area, you can create custom mock interviews and record custom questions that can be assigned to a student or group of students. You can learn more about creating assignments and recording custom interview questions here.

CRITERIA

In this area, you can build and manage a library of personalized grading requirements. The Custom Criteria section allows you to define specific competencies—such as clinical empathy or technical accuracy—ensuring that student evaluations are perfectly aligned with your unique curriculum standards rather than a generic rubric.
