Navigating Your Account Settings

The My Account page allows you to manage your profile details, security settings, hardware configurations, and subscription status.

Note for SSO Users: If you access this platform via Single Sign-On (SSO) through your organization, certain fields—such as your name, email address, and password—may be managed by your institution and locked within this interface.


Profile


In this section, you can manage your core identity and security information.

  • Personal Details: Update your first name, last name, and email address.
  • Time Zone: Ensure your time zone is set correctly to coordinate any scheduled sessions.
  • Security: This is where you can update your password. If you are an SSO user, please manage your password through your organization's IT portal.



About You


The About You tab allows you to enter professional context, including your experience level, current profession, and general address details. Providing this information helps us tailor the interview training modules and feedback to better suit your career goals.


Billing (Consumer Accounts Only)


This section is available for individual subscribers to manage their financial preferences.

  • Subscription Management: You can view your current plan and billing history.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. This is a fully automated process that takes effect immediately.
  • Guidance: We recommend reviewing our "How to Cancel Your Account" article to ensure the process is completed correctly. If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team for assistance.



Profile Picture


You can personalize your account by uploading a professional headshot. This image will represent your profile across the platform during your training.
