# Cancelling your Account

**PLEASE NOTE:** the info below relates to **consumer accounts only** *(and not school, library, or government-related user accounts)*

Cancelling your Big Interview Medical account is a simple process. Once you cancel your account, you'll be automatically removed from our system, preventing any future charges. We'll be sorry to see you go, but understand that there are many reasons for leaving—hopefully, it's because you've just matched or landed your dream role!

1. **Log In:** Access your Big Interview Medical account at: [https://app.biginterviewmedical.com/](https://app.biginterviewmedical.com/).

2. **Navigate to Settings:** Go to your **My Account** page.

3. **Billing Section:** Select the **Billing** tab from the menu.

4. **Initiate Cancellation:** Click the **Cancel Subscription** button.

5. **Provide a Reason:** A feedback form will appear. Please provide a brief reason for canceling your account (there is a **10-character minimum** in the form).

6. **Confirm & Submit: Finalize your request by clicking Cancel Subscription again to confirm.**

The more information you can give us here, the better we can improve Big Interview Medical for future healthcare professionals! You'll receive a confirmation on-screen and via email once the cancellation has been successful.

### Refunds and Eligibility
Please note that **cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund.** If you believe you are eligible for a refund according to our current Terms of Service, you must contact our support team directly after completing the cancellation steps above.
To request a refund review, please email **support@biginterview.com**. To help us process your request quickly, please include:
* Your account email address
* The date of your last transaction
